I am fascinated by its role in the development of our history, its multitude of flavours, colours, perfumes, messages and its role in our wellbeing and healing.
I am a self-confessed foodie and spend far too much time reading about, researching and experimenting with food.
I am passionate about my work, and currently this includes working with:
- individuals in clinic
- small groups around the kitchen table
- children and teens in cooking clubs and food focused workshops in schools
- families in food focused workshops in the community
- members of the public and health professionals in taster workshops at the Institute of Optimum Nutrition (ION)
