I was initially motivated to study nutrition in response to my own health problems. My journey to help relieve symptons of endometriosis visited many different therapies, but it was nutritional therapy that made the most significant difference to me.
I graduated from The Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION) in 2000 armed with some fantastic tools and an increased appetite for the subject, and in the years since I have developed both my own clinical practice and teaching skills, working as a clinic and seminar tutor at ION and for other educational providers.
In clinic, I advise clients with a range of different health problems, however I have a special interest in women’s health and, since the birth of my daughter in 2003, have worked increasingly with children.
After spending years talking about food in a clinical environment, I felt a desperate need to incorporate the real item more into my work and this has lead to the development of my Fabulous Food workshops.
I hope this has whetted your taste buds!
I would love to hear from you, if you would like to explore how food affects you.
